We offer returns on all orders for up to 10 days after you receive your order.
You can also cancel your order before we ship it and get a refund.
Below are listed the conditions for this policy to apply:
- Customer may contact us less than 10 calendar days after receiving his order.
- Customer will need to provide Name and Order ID.
- The product cannot be used in any way, photo evidence will be needed.
- The customer will have to provide a reasonable argument as to why they want to return it.
- We will decide if the situation merits a partial or full refund.
After those conditions are met, the process is as follows:
- The customer is fully responsible for shipping the item back to us.
- Once we receive the item and inspect it, refund will be issued if everything is ok.
- Parcels are declared lost 90 days after dispatch and no delivery, in which case, we offer to re-send the item(s) or a full refund.
- Defective or damaged items are highly unlikely due to the nature of our products.
